NB! The box office is closed 22.5-23.5. From 30.5, the box office is closed for the summer. We open again on Monday 10th August.
Buy tickets
– The box office is open Tuesday – Saturday 12 pm to 3 pm. The box office is also open one hour before a performance on weekdays and two hours before a performance on Saturdays.

Observe that reserved tickets has to be paid in two weeks time, otherwise the reservation is automatically cancelled.
-You do not need to print electronic tickets or exchanged them for paper tickets. Simply show the ticket on your mobile device to the usher when entering the auditorium
Book tickets
Reserved tickets should be collected no later than two weeks after booking, otherwise the reservation will be automatically canceled. Tickets can be collected at the theaters box office.
NOTE! We recommend that you purchase your tickets through our own box office. This way, we can guarantee that you receive the tickets at the price set by us and the seats you paid for.
Payment
Our box office accepts a variety of different payment methods:
- Cash
- Most bank- and credit cards (not American Express)
- Several employee benefit vouchers such as Smartum, E-passi, Virike, Edenred and Tyky. Unfortunately we can not accept City of Turku’s Tyky wristbands.
- Invoice: observe that we add a 5€ invoice fee
- MobilePay – our MobilePay number is 59537
- Giftcards: Åbo Svenska Teaters own giftcards, Hansa Shopping Centre gift cards.

Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website where the payment was made.
